Our Rooms

 We have ten rooms, individually decorated  with en-suite facilities, all with colour television , radio  clock alarm, hair dryer, free WiFi, thermostatic controlled radiators and well stocked hospitality tray.  Ironing boards and iron on request.

  The doubles (6) and twins (2)  are quite large and have relaxing views of either a wooded coppice or a view of Harrogate.  We have two single rooms which are very small but have all the facilities of the double and twin rooms and are also en-suite.

   For the comfort of our guests we have a no smoking policy in all of our bedrooms.
